If you are interested in sponsoring a hole for the Tyler's Cup outing, you can donate $50.00 and your name will be put as a sponsor of a hole at the golf outing. 

You can either give Ann or Shane a check when you see them or you can send a check to The Tyler Richardson Foundation 1277 Oxford Middletown Rd, Hamilton Ohio 45013. Be sure to put in the memo that it is for donation so you can write it off of your taxes.  Please write whose name you would like to have on the sponsorship banner at the hole.  Some people like to remember their loved one by having their name put on a hole.  "In memory of....."

We would be grateful if youhelped in sponsoring our event. Last year we had 52 people who participated inthe outing and we were able to donate $1500.00 to the Abilities First Foundation.
